cGMP KARYOTYPE

WHAT IS KARYOTYPING?

G-banded Karyotype is a powerful cell analysis tool that gives researchers insight into the composition of cellular materials.  The quality of the karyotype analysis will be directly affected by the protocols that are used to prepare the samples. It also relies heavily on the technicians who read the unique banding patterns on each chromosome so the training and experience of these technicians is critically important. Our highly-trained/ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathology) Certified Analysts and American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG) board certified or board-eligible directors have provided quality and timely testing results for many years and we now offer a cGMP compliant Karyotype service for labs focusing on translational studies and clinical products.

Services are provided in compliance cGMP best practices. WiCell will work with you to make sure the specifics of the testing meet your needs. Visit our cGMP Testing Services page to learn more about what we offer with our cGMP compliant Karyotype.
