Powered by BiozThis cell line is a modified version of the YZ1 iPS cell line (YZ1 is derived from IMR90 fibroblasts), engineered to induce a mutation of the DISC1 exon. This gene disruption segregates with schizophrenia and related psychiatric disorders.
